I got addicted to this from someone here. Is anyone watching. It's unbearable watching the runt get pecked at by the older babies. I can't watch.

I just tuned in for the first time since previous post about this site. Ugh, I see the runt sleeping on the side of the nest; I'm so glad I didn't see it get picked on. It's so much smaller, I doubt it will survive. =(

I know, and it will break my heart of he doesn't make it. The other two are constantly pecking at him. They don't allow him to get fed and hog it all for themselves. I know its part of nature, but I am still rooting for him.

For some reason, the father has not brought food back all day. Usually, they have eaten 2 or 3 fish by this time of day. I think if they don't eat soon, they will start eating the baby bird.

OMG, that big one has been attacking the little one non-stop for about 15 minutes now. This is horrible, but I can't stop watching!!!!!

I think that may be it for the poor baby. He's not moving at all. The sibling just pecked at him for a long time.

I'm about to drive out there now and throw some fish into the nest. I think they haven't eaten for almost 24 hours now?? I should force myself not to check in until tomorrow. I don't know whether I want the little one to be there (and still being tortured) or not...

The little guys new dark wounds (b/c of blood?) on his head and neck... this is horrible to watch, even if it is just nature's course....

Me too. He's still moving, but its not looking good for him. Or any of the babies if they don't eat soon.

I think that's the mother. I haven't seen the father come back in some time. I hope he's okay.
Poor, poor baby. I'm so sad.

The father was sitting for along time on something above the camera. I saw his shadow on top of the nest.
I had to turn off the feed. The little one is dead?

I just checked the feed, the little one is still breathing. I hope he's just playing possum and he is not as weak as he looks. I turned off the feed when the two big ones starting attacking him at the same time.

I saw... It is a relief though that he's no longer suffering. After such a brutal day, at least he went in his sleep, snuggled with his mom and siblings, nice and warm and peaceful.
