Recipe ratio question! Help!

I only have a little bit of pancake mix left and I don't want to waste it... Not enough for the smallest amount to make a batch according to the box...

If 1 and 3/4 cup of mix calls for 1 and 1/4 cup of water.... If I only have 1 cup mix how much water?

MATH WAS SO NOT MY SUBJECT!!!

Re: Recipe ratio question! Help!

It comes out to .714 cups of water for 1 cup mix. So a little more than 2/3 cups water.

Re: Recipe ratio question! Help!

Nah I'm in the middle of making French toast also lol.

Each week, in the beginning of the week, I make my son French toast and pancakes -- then, I Tupperware them and fridge them. Then I just heat whatever he wants for him in the morning each morning and serve it with fresh fruit.
