Re: Sesame place or Dutch wonderland

We are doing both in July. Staying over at Dutch then heading back this way and hitting Sesame. Dutch was great for my 4 and 2 yr olds. They were able to go on everything except one roller coaster, they enjoyed the splash area and the dino area. We stay at Eden Resort and love it, great pool and splash area. They love sesame too but seemed to like Dutch better.

DW............it's adorable for little kids. I personally hate Sesame so I'm not the right person to ask about that. Chat Icon

I took my son there a couple years ago, and we had stayed at Eden Resorts. Great place, with a nice pool area for the kids and adults as well. Dutch Wonderland itself has a nice water park area too. If I remember correctly, Eden was fairly reasonable in way of price, and the hotel itself was clean...Have fun where ever you decide to stay!!

We just did both and I guess I am in the minority - my kids liked sesame better. They were begging to leave DW because they were bored.

My kids are 4.5 and 2 and we love both but I would say there is much more to do at Dutch Wonderland, ride-wise. It's less crowded too.

Same.
And imo eden is the only place to stay.
We make a day of just the water area there.
