Bobbi Kristina moved to hospice care
Nearly five months after she was first hospitalized on Jan. 31, Bobbi Kristina Brown has been moved into hospice care, Pat Houston revealed in a statement to Us Weekly on Wednesday, June 24.
"Despite the great medical care at numerous facilities, Bobbi Kristina Brown's condition has continued to deteriorate," Houston said of her 22-year-old niece, the only child of singers Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston.
"As of today, she has been moved into hospice care," Pat shared on behalf of the family. "We thank everyone for their support and prayers. She is in God's hands now."
As previously reported, Bobbi Kristina has been under constant medical supervision since January, when she was found facedown and unresponsive in a tub at her home near Atlanta, Ga. Initially hospitalized in a medically induced coma at North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, Ga., she was later moved to Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, and then to an undisclosed rehabilitation facility in March.
Updates about her condition have been vague, but grandmother Cissy Houston said in May that she was "not progressing at all" in rehab. "I'm just waiting for whatever happens," Cissy told Entertainment Tonight. "We go to the hospital every day and pray and I talk to her because she can still hear and I rub her hand. We do what we can do. The rest is...all up to Him."
More recently, Bobbi Kristina's father Bobby Brown -- who was named a co-guardian with Pat last month -- told Us in a statement that he was "making decisions" and working with Pat for the medical care of his daughter. "Right now we are focused on Bobbi Kristina's medical prognosis and the criminal investigation," he said on June 19. "Whoever had a hand in causing my daughter's injuries needs to be brought to justice."

It's tragic and sad. I just think they've dragged on the drama long enough.... I hope they learn from this to get over themselves already. Poor soul. Kris didn't deserve this.

It is sad what happened to this child.
It is also a stupid child that followed in her mother's path. She is old enough to have known better.
I do hope that she has an easy passing and that her family finds peace.

I can't believe this is still going on, how sad. I hope the poor girl just passes peacefully now and ends this long torture for herself and her family. So tragic.

Its such a sad situation and I think the family wants to believe that someone did this to her wants to be able to have someone to blame, but sadly I truly believe she did this to herself. And as weird as her relationship with her adopted brother was, I kind of feel bad that they are blaming him and making it out to be that he did this to her. She was a troubled young girl....

I believe he caused her injuries. Based on her injuries I read that the DA is looking at pressing charges against her adopted brother/boyfriend . He supposedly took 11k out of her account the next day.

I havent read this. BUT my gut says he did something to her. Jmo of course. So sad

They are torturing her. I am absolutely disgusted by the family's actions. She was never going to be alive after they found her and should have let her pass naturally. Her doctors did a huge disservice to her and the family by giving them hope.

I know they hVe their reasons. But to keep this brain dead body alive for their own reasons is deeply saddening. They can't deal with her dying so keep her body going to make the, feel better?
Hasn't this poor girl been through enough?

It's not my child so it's not my business the if's and why's someone chooses to do it.
I will just thank god it's not something I have to be faced with.

I will just thank god it's not something I have to be faced with.
I agree with this. None of us are in this situation. I think it's easy to say she should have been allowed to pass early when this happened, but as family they probably wanted to hold on to any amount of hope that she would recover. You have no idea what lengths you will go to when it's your own family member.

have they ever said what happened to her. I try to Google but I all keep reading is that she was found in the bathtub was there no other details released?
