Did Disney yesterday
I just wanted to give some insight for those of you doing Disney in the summer. Yes, it was hot. Yes, it was crowded. But we still managed to get on all of the rides we wanted. We weren't there at rope drop, but we had no issue getting there around 10:00 and got on the first ferry boat out. We went straight to the magic carpets and waited maybe 10 minutes. Then we waited about 25 minutes for Splash Mountain. Another 15 for Small World. We made our way over to Barn Stormer with a fast pass- which wasn't really necessary as the line was only about 15-20 minutes. Then we waited 10 minutes for Dumbo. The kids played in the sprinkler park for a bit then we waited 15 minutes for Little Mermaid. Then we went on the carousel, 10 minute wait. Walked right in to Mickeys Philharmagic. We used our next Fast Pass for Peter Pan- totally worth it since the wait was between 50-90 minutes all day. Then we waited about a half hour for Jungle Cruise and then used our last scheduled Fast Pass on Thunder Mountain. We went back to the kiosk and booked a Fast Pass for Buzz Lightyear. We killed tine by doing Stitch and went right to Buzz. Made another Fast Pass for the Raceway and went right over. Waited 5 minutes for the teacups. Then we undertook our longest wait if the day for Seven Dwarfs Mine Train- about 50 minutes. By then it was 7:30 and the kids were exhausted. I would gave really liked to stay for the parade and fireworks, but we headed home. So as you can see, we moved around all day, but we hit all of the rides the kids wanted to go on and were home by 8:30. It's totally doable, you just need to do a teensy bit if planning.

GOod to know... any idea how any of the crowd calendars were predicting the crowds at MK yesterday? I'm always curious how accurate they are and what the wait times mean for each of their categories :)

Re: Did Disney yesterday
We specifically went on a day that Magic Kingdom was green, but it was still rated as an 8/10 overall. It definitely didn't seem THAT bad to us.
