Really? I see it a lot here in the city. They are usually senior dogs. Maybe because everyone walks here so instead of keeping them cooped up it's a way of getting them out the apt.
I love seeing it.
ETS: From the white on the dogs face I would think it's an older dog.

Here she is in the same dress last month. With hair and make up done.

I think she looks very skinny/bony- in an unhealthy way

I think she looks sickly. Shes rail thin. And she doesnt look any better in the pic with hair and makeup.
Her guy in the first pic looks like a crackhead version of matthew mccaughney.
And people who push their dogs are ridic unless the dog is sick.
