What airline is the best nonstop flights from ny to vegas?

Ny flights to vegas
We had to use United back to NY from Vegas. We thought it was a great flight, our own tv with lots of movies, snacks, attendants were great etc. Nicer than our flight on Delta from NY to Vegas.

We like Southwest only because it leaves out of Mac Arthur. It's so much more convenient than driving to jfk or lga. The flight itself is no frills though.

This, but I have to say, ,last time I flew SW back in April the plane was brand new, nice leather seats, they had wifi on board- bring your own device to watch free tv shows, music, etc, and it wasn't bad at all
I highly recommend the early bird check in. For like $12 more it checks you in automatically 36 hours before the flight- while everyone else has to check themselves no more than 24 hours before.
Pretty much guarantees a good boarding position and you dont' have to think about it

Yeah, we just flew to Vegas on Delta - never again (Everything with the flight itself was fine, but the seats are so crammed in, it was ridiculous). But, it was hard to find non-stop flights to/from Vegas on a day and at a time that worked well for us. Some of the flights were incredibly $$$, which was why we wound up on Delta.

I did Delta to and from Chicago last monthe and upgraded for the $29 to Delta Comfort Select. The seats were SLIGHTLY bigger, slightly more leg room and you got free booze.
It was well worth the $29 but even then, the seats were still pretty small

Ny flights to vegas
Virgin America!! I will not fly any other way besides them or Jetblue. Everything else feels like a tin can in the sky...plus its the same $$$

Yes, I agree. I only use Islip for Fla. I have noticed a decrease in flights back and forth even to Fla, and unless you book way in advance, so expensive. I just got back from Fla and sick over what I paid but wanted to avoid my DH driving to JFK to pick me up and it was kind of a last minute booking. I wonder if the airport will close at some point.

It's a shame because it is SOOOO convenient if you live out here and it had great potential.
Shame.
On a side note, I find if I am travelling without a ton of luggage, the LIRR to the Airtrain at Jamaica is the BEST thing in the world and takes all the stress out of going to JFK.
