Ovulation after D&C or Natural M/C
Hi, if you have had a D&C or Natural M/C do you know when you ovulated after? I had my first negative pregnancy test yesterday which was a little over 2weeks past D&C.
I am just wondering if I will ovulate soon, ovulated already (usually ovulated around CD14), or will just get AF in a couple of weeks. Doctors said you normally get AF 4-6 weeks after D&C so that is why I am wondering if ovulation could have happened when I still had HCG in my system.

Ovulation after D&C or Natural M/C
I'm not entirely sure when I ovulated right after my mc, but my cycles went back to normal immediately (early natural mc). I waited a cycle, then ttc the 2nd cycle - nothing - then tried again 3rd cycle - chemical... then waited a few cycles and started using the CBEFM and almost 1 year after my first loss, I had a bfp for my DS.

Thank you for responding. I went for my follow up apt today and everything looks perfect. I may have already ovulated since they didn't see any eggs, and HCG has left the building ha. I feel kind of like my period is coming soon, so hopefully it shows next week which will be 4 weeks post D&C which is when my OB presumed I would get it.

I got AF 4 weeks after my D&C. I was using OPKs but I just wasn't getting pregnant. At that point I didn't think I was ovulating. I finally starting temping and charting and found out for sure that I had ovulated. So with temping, charting, OPKs and Deanna's Plan, I got prenant 4 months after my D&C.

Yes. My Ovulation is very obvious so I've never had a problem there. i have 28/28 day cycles and (except when I needed a d&c for retained tissue) my cycles never changed from that.
