I mean you technically can take young kids to any vineyard you want, but in terms of which I think would be best: Martha Clara (super large, picnic tables, live music, sheep, pigs, a horse drawn carriage that takes guests around the property) Osprey's Dominion (large outdoor area for kids to run around) Baiting Hollow (not nearly as large but they run a horse rescue program and do tours of their stables -- they may also give pony rides but I'm not 100% sure)

We've taken DS to Bedell, Raphael, Old Field and McCall. Martha Clara has animals. We usually take DS to Harbes Farm first (which also has a vineyard) and let him run around.

Re: Which vineyards are toddler friendly?
Like other people said, Martha Clara (animals and room to run around) is the best, followed by Baiting Hollow. Martha Clara has much better wine and more places to sit

Osprey and palmer always have a ton of kids rubbing around and plenty of room to bring some toys for them to run around with.

Osprey! Just went this past weekend with two 3 yr olds and an 18 month old. It was such a great day.
Eta: we packed tons of food and water, outdoor toys, and bought a couple bottles. Martha Clara you can't bring in outside food.

add Puglisise to that list. They have a large pond with turtles, frogs and fish and they don't care if you feed the fish crackers. They even sometimes give you cat food to feed them. It's really cute.

Jason's has a lot of seating too, and they have sheep. I don't think you can feed them, but they're cute.
I happen to like Jason's a lot; the staff is very friendly, and I find it doesn't get as boisterous as some of the other vineyards.
