Re: is the bundle me a must have?

I would say not a must have but a nice have. They make a BM lite for todays weather and the regular BM for colder days. Its easier than constatly fixing a blanket on a kicking baby.

Well there is very little with a baby that is a "must" have but it is very very useful especially for winter babies. We got a lot of use out of ours and I only wish I had gotten it sooner.

Re: is the bundle me a must have?

Our DD was born in May and it was a MUST have for us. She would SCREAM when she was not swaddled and had her binky for the first 2 1/2 months of her life. Every baby is different though, friends of mine thought the bundle me/swaddle me was a waste of $$.

Re: is the bundle me a must have?

I guess it depends on your defination of must. For me, yes it was. The baby should not have a heavy coat on in the car seat and this kept Molly warm and safe. Worth the money and you don't need to buy a coat for the baby.

Re: is the bundle me a must have?

I think that if you have the infant seat the bundle me comes in VERY handy. We ususally just put her in a sweater with a hat and then used the bundle me.

However now that she's in the regular car seat we'll do a warm jacket instead.

Re: is the bundle me a must have?

Just an FYI - they make a few different kinds. BRU carries them. I used a fleece type one that went over the baby and had elastic around the edge to go over the car seat (it did not go under the baby/behind his back). This one covered DS's head, which the bundle me didn't do very well in my experience.
