has anyone been to a birthday party at the LI Aquarium?
We are going to one next week and just wondering what you do?

has anyone been to a birthday party at the LI Aquarium?
My dd had her birthday there. The staff started out with a walk around the main level to see the fish and sharks. Then the kids had lunch, followed by the sea lion show. Then back to the party room for cake. The party ended with a ride for the guests on the Discovery aerial tower ride. Guests were then free to do their own thing and spend the rest of the day there.

They get taken as a group and get "good" seats for the sea lion show, also an aquarium tour with a guide that points out things/educates the kids and lets them ask questions. They get admission ALL DAY (not just the party time) to the aquarium, the butterfly exhibit, rides, etc. The food choices are either pizza or wraps so whatever your host selected. The food and cake are in the room right next to the shark tank, with a viewing area in the room.
So if the party is 11-1 you can stay and enjoy the free admission and if it is 2-4 you can get there early.
