Stroller for Disney
We no longer bring a stroller on vacation, our boys are 5 and 8. But I feel like we will need it for Magic Kingdom so I'll rent one down there. Now here's the debate, single or double? My 8 year old will mostly walk, but he can get tired by the end of the night. Should I bother with a double or just get a city mini get that seats up to 65lbs and let the boys switch out when they need a rest? I could see them both falling asleep on the ferry back to the parking lot, but I don't know if it's worth a double for just that.

Re: Stroller for Disney
Mine are 5, 7 and 9. All of them wanted to sit in the stroller. we didn't bring one with us and I regretted not renting one the first day. On day 2 I rented a single. On day 3 I opted for the double and I rented one for the remainder of our trip. My 5 & 7 yr olds were in it a lot, plus it was great for holding bottled water or whatever else we may have picked up along the way. So worth the double. The 9 yr old wanted to be in there too, but she's too big for a stroller at this point (she's tall like me.)

I would get the double. We are going down in June. We are only bringing our 4 year old DD (leaving the baby with the grandparents) but we are going to bring the stroller with us. I know she will be exhausted enough to sit in it. I have a feeling I am going to want to sit in it! (don't worry I wont)

I would rent the Disney Strollers or just do a single for the 5 year old. The last time we rented the City Mini GT (single) at age 6, my daughter was just about too tall for it, and she is average height. There is no way it would be comfy at age 8.
