Birthday Party Question
My DS is going to be 3 in August. I come from a big family so there are a lot of nieces and nephews around his age. We also have a lot of friends with kids about the same age. When I put a list together I have about 30 kids!! Last year we did a soccer party but it was so many kids and i felt like it was so hectic!! What would you do in this situation? Have a party for just friends? Have 2 separate parties? Or any ideas how to have a party with that many kids that isn't crazy?? I feel so conflicted!!

Birthday Party Question
I would say maybe do a party at a kids place where its organized like a museum is a lot of fun actually. They keep it very organized as you go from room to room and the kids play. Its like 2 hours snd all done no clean up required.
Or have a small party at a kids place for just just friends. And maybe just a small cake for just immediate family.
or cut back on 1... immediate family only no friends... or super close like family friends and thats it.

Birthday Party Question
I would have it a a place. 30 kids is alot, but they can handle it. We have a big family and split DD parties last year..Honestly it was a PIA! We eneded up with 3 seperate parties, 3 seperate set ups and clean ups, it was more expensive etc...This time it will be at a place that accomodate all of the kiddies and 2 hours we are done.

I agree it ends up being double the work and money! Any ideas for places that can accommodate that any kids and adults??

A park would be great! I went to a party at a park where there were close to 40 kids- just beware that your guests would have to pay to enter. I didn't take that into account and showed up to the party with no cash. Had to turn around and drive to an ATM...I was pretty pissed.

Birthday Party Question
I know if you live in the Town of Islip you can rent the gazebo at Islip Beach. A co-worker of mine also rented the picnic tables at the Ecology Site in Holtsville for her son's birthday and said it was great.

Nunley's Carousel in Nassau--They're parties include 25 kids/25 adults and you can just pay the difference for the extra.

We had my daughters 1st birthday there last year! It was great and so reasonable. I would love to find something similar!
