Retirement gift.
Do you get a parent a retirement gift? DH says no. MIL said no. We were invited to the company retirement party. There is no private party.

I'd definitely get a gift. My mom retired last year and I got her a Pandora charm and some Euros (she was going to Sicily a couple weeks after she retired).
