Orange Lake in Orlando
What's the best area to request? We will be getting a 2 bedroom but I want to be near the kids pool and not in an outdated apartment. I can upgrade to River island but I'm afraid it'll be loud. Any suggestions?

Re: Orange Lake in Orlando
We were in the east village and we're really happy there. We had to drive to river island, but it was not a big deal for us. We liked the pool at east village...zero entry and not crowded. I wouldn't want to be facing the pool at river island or the west village because of the noise.

Re: Orange Lake in Orlando
We have stayed in a few different areas- each has their own positives and negatives. Our favorite, and what we always request, is to be in a villa at the West Village. We love being on our own "house" and being able to sit on the golf course. The high rise in the West Village us convenient because you can walk to the lake and pool, but we just didn't like being in an apartment building with a small screened porch. We felt similarly about the East Village, but we liked that the sports bar was walking distance.
