I LOVE her...her body is sick but from what I have read she used to be heavier and she works at this body. So the moral of the story is that it can be achieved by us mere mortals - we just have to want it bad enough. Funny how that pep talk will have no bearing on getting me off my fat ass to work out today.

Oh I know it's attainable. I'm probably not too far off and if i had an ounce of self control, and an ounce of motivation in my lazy body I could probably do it.
But sadly, as I said, I love food and booze and NOT working out, more than I want this body apparently!
