We went to a friend's party there yesterday and it was an EPIC fail!

Everything they could do wrong, they did!

Just an FYI and here is what she shared to her FB friends...

I hardly ever spread ill word about an experience about a company or place because I realize to err is human however, I have to share my experience to avoid other parents from being put thru what I was yesterday. Do NOT choose Boomer's for your child's birthday party. From booking the occasion in person and seeing the disorganization I should not have either, but I thought, ok maybe they're having a bad day, maybe someone called in and they're under staffed. Yes, they are very under staffed and I do believe it's how this company choosing to do business. Yes, the company corrected their wrong doing monetarily, however I do not believe they will change their ways to correct this going forward. I'm grateful the children had a wonderful time but waiting 2 hours for food at a table that we were only supposed to be at for an hour is an epic fail. The adults at our party were only provided a quarter of the food I arranged for and I spent 3 hours micromanaging an absolutely insane, disorganized scene. Absolutely awful experience and it was evident that every level of this companies employees were ill prepared, hostesses to kitchen to management. Hoping I'll save another parent from this experience!

My friend had the exact same experience there two years ago for her daughters party. It was horrendous, her husband was helping bring out food bc it was taking forever to come out and half of the attractions were either broken or you couldn't ride because they had 3 people running 10 things so they would rotate around. I would never go back there again even just to bring my kids....terrible place

We had our DC Birthday party here. Our host did a very good job. Food came out quick. We didn't have to do anything. The kids had a blast which of course is most important.

I will agree about the rides to operator ratio, there wasn't a person manning every ride. The arcade area was fun although a few times the tickets weren't coming out but someone fixed.

My goddaughters birthday was here a few years back. Absolutely horrible. The video games kept taking the tokens and did not work. Half the rides outside were closed. My husband waited over a half hour inside for a pretzel and soda. Terrible...I will never go back there.

I used to be a Camp Director and we took Boomers off our list of places to visit years ago. We would go there twice a summer and 2 summers in a row (4 different visits) of complete chaos.. Once we booked to be there at opening and they didn't even have staff there yet .. I had 60 2nd & 3rd graders stuck on a bus waiting for them to unlock their doors 20 minutes late
