Ice Cream Party
DD will be turning 2 a couple of weeks before I'm due with my second this summer. I originally wasn't going to have a party but now I want to.
I don't want it at home since that will be too much. I'm thinking ice cream party with food of course. Any good recommendations in South Shore Nassau? Anyone done International Delight Cafe or Krisch's? What does it include, prices? Any other suggestions welcome.
How about favors? Anything cute you've received or can think of?

Re: Ice Cream Party
We did DS's first bday at IDC and it was great. We did a lunch with an ice cream cake, but you can do other options, too, if you want waffles or sundaes instead. They aren't very expensive and the food is always good - plus they don't charge extra for the private room. It's worth looking into, IMO.

Re: Ice Cream Party
Thanks for the feedback. Did you have it at the one in Bellmore or RVC? Were you able to bring in your own decorations? Do you know how many people the room holds?
Sorry for all the questions but want info from firsthand experience.

Ice Cream Party
There is a place called Once Upon a Sundae in Oceanside. They do bday parties.

We did it at RVC. My friend is doing her son's first bday at the Bellmore location next month.
Yes, they let you bring decorations and hang them on the walls. We also did balloons. I believe we had about 50 people.
