2 year old refusing milk

we finally got rid of the bottle about 2 months ago. now my 2 yo drinks milk out of a sippy and asks for it when she wakes up, before bed and sometimes during the day when she's cranky (we still call it a bottle and she asks for her "boppy")

starting last night and then again this morning, she asks for her boppy, but when I give it to her she says no. she did take a sip and then refused, so I tasted it to make sure it was okay. tasted fine to me.

could she just be over this phase of needing her "boppy"? does she need to drink milk? I worry bc she's also a picky eater and some days I feel like she eats nothing.

any thoughts?

my DD was never a big formula or milk drinker so I don't worry about and she is also a picky eater but she gets dairy from other places like yogurt she eats it everyday. at that age she loved grilled cheese pizza and mac and cheese so I knew she was getting dairy from cheese so I didn't worry about milk in take. Now at 4 I don't even offer her milk anymore she just drinks water and usually has yogurt but now that I am thinking of it she doesn't eat as much cheese anymore but I am not concerned.

My DS stopped drinking milk around 2. He drank it while he was still on bottles but had no interest in drinking it from a straw cup. Like the PP said we make sure he still eats milk products like cheese, yogurt.

My DD was EBF and did fine with that, but once we switched to soy milk (she's allergic to dairy although we THINK she's finally outgrown it), she would only drink it warm out of a bottle. We decided to ditch the bottles once and for all shortly after her second bday and since then, she won't drink any kind of milk. Coconut, almond, soy, nada. She's an amazing eater though and loves yogurt and cheese (both non dairy and now, dairy varieties), so I'm just not that concerned.

My daughter has never had milk and is fine. At 2 they definitely don't need it. Should be getting all of nutrition from food.

DS goes through days he doesn't want any milk. Then days where he wants 2 cups before bed. I wouldn't worry about it.
