I don't think its inappropriate at all, she looks sexy. Btw this is from her 1st pregnancy, these covers are collectors items for anniversary editions.
And good for her if she felt sexy enough while that preggo to pose in a bikini in that pose. She's a young girl, just bc she's preggo doesn't mean that has to age her.
But again this pic is an old one....
She also has to realize that just because she's pregnant doesn't mean we all want to see her bare belly all of the time  How many semi - mostly naked preggo shots has she done???
