Oatmeal
At 19 months old what type of oatmeal should I be giving DD . I give her Earths Best but is that still ok to give now that she is older?

At that age, I made DD regular, Quaker oatmeal (the one you cook, not the fast/instant stuff). I make it with half milk/half water to give it a creamier texture. Sometimes I cook it with diced apples or pears. They soften while they cook.

Love the creamy texture in oatmeal! I get mine from Trader Joes, and cook it with milk, when it's almost done I add grated apples and sometimes a little bit of honey...yum and DS loves it!

I use the instant packets made with water most days. We add in different things...applesauce and cinnamon, peanut butter, brown sugar and craisins.

Earths best is great! It's low in sugar & high in iron. We gave it til DS was 3!
