Working Moms, does this bug you?
I have a bunch of friends that are SAHM (godbless them I know it is the toughest job and going to a job is easier than being a SAHM), and they have cleaning ladies I just don't get it, it;s not even like they have TONS of kids, they have 2 kids max. Somedays when they b*tch that their cleaning lady cancelled it drives me NUTS, meanwhile I;m working, cleaning my house, taking care of the kids, food shopping, cooking, homework etc, etc. Not sure what they do all day, why do they need a cleaning lady?

I don't know about bug me, but it certainly makes me laugh, as in ironic kind of laugh!
I know that on weekends, when I pretend to be a SAHM , I somehow manage to clean the appartment!

It doesn't bug me. I feel like anything anyone can do to make their lives easier - more power to them.

Re: Working Moms, does this bug you?
I find it ironic.....but I'll admit on my days off when I'm home all day, I find it near impossible to clean a majority of the house.....I feel lucky to get a load of laundry in, dinner cooked (or food for the week prepared in advance), AND do a load of dishes.
It truly is hard.....and I'd admit that if I get to the point where I can have a cleaning person, I'm all for it. I don't like cleaning and I'm not good at it.

My sister was a SAHM for the past 6 months since she took a long maternity leave and she had a cleaning lady. She'd complain about her all the time and I'd just but secretively wished that I could be a SAHM with a cleaning lady too!

I hear ya, I just think if I was home F/T housework would just be part of my daily regime. I get so much done now, if I was home all the time, i would have PLENTY of time to clean.

It doesnt bother me, actually makes me jealous... i wish we could afford one. I stay at home with my 2 and there is just never enough time in the day. I don't let a messy house bother me anymore!

It doesn't bother me, I say if you can get away with someone else cleaning for you, go for it.
I always say if I had to I would rather get a second job to pay my cleaning lady then have to clean myself!
