Sending out bday party invites...
How far in advance do you typically send them out? Dd is turning 3 and last year, we had almost no "yes" RSVPs, so I had to cancel her party 
I would like to avoid that this year - her party is booked for June 6th. Wondering when to send out.

Awe that's so sad. I actually gave myself anxiety about this last night.
I would send 6 weeks out.

I always send out 6-8 weeks in advance. I like to plan early.

I'm the same way, I'd probably send them out in the middle of April. And this way I could follow up a few weeks before if I hadn't heard back.

That could be an overflow of communion season and the start of Graduations (I have my nephews graduation that day) I would send them ASAP but 6 wks minimum.

Thanks everyone! Thankfully last year she was only 2 and had no idea her birthday party had to be cancelled...I think I was more sad than she was.

I don't like to send them too early because people forget. I say 3-4 weeks before the date and make RSVP exactly 1 week before.

4-6 weeks before. For May and June events, I'd do closer to 6 weeks due to communions, graduations, Mother's Day, Father's Day, etc.

We sent ours out about 6 weeks before. We had basically everyone come but then again it was in March so there is not a lot of other things going on at that time.
