Travel Agent vs booking online
I want to preface this by saying I would a person get a commission than buy from a big corporation. DH and I have not been on a vacation since our honeymoon. I contacted a couple of friend referrals for travel agents but they have not returned my calls. DH and I would like to go on an NCL cruise to Bermuda. Costco travel has a good price. What are the Pros and cons to using a website or travel agent? Also if anyone has any travel agent recommendations I would appreciate it.
Thanks

The advantage is some companies might offer additional perks. Also if you book airfare etc through a TA then if you have a problem they should be able to help you out. I have book directly through cruise lines and through TAs depending on price and offers.

With Costco you get on board credit and sometimes some other perks. I have used them twice but actually looking into other ones this time as it looks like I can get more on board credit with other agencies.
