Oceanside this weekend
Visiting my IL's this weekend in Oceanside. Supposed to be nice out so figured while we're visiting we'd take the kids out for a bit. Any good playgrounds or fun stuff to do in the area to get out for an hour or so? Boys are 5 and 3.
Thanks!

funny, Ill be in oside too visiting. You can take them to Oceanside Park Or Baldwin Park, both have playground areas for diff age groups. If the weather is bad the library has a good children's room Hempstead Lake Park is also closeby and there is the NYEC stable there, they have pony rides.

Tanglewood preserve in Rockville Centre is nice. If it's cold the RVC rec has open gym times for a low price.

I like the RVC rec, too. Although it's in Garden City, the Long Isalnd a Childrens museum and Cradle of Aviation museum are great
