Anyone have a Disney - day-to-day template?

Organizing a Disney vacation is a full time job.

I'm a little obsessive compulsive and want to put on paper which park we're going to on which day, dining reservations, parades, etc.....

I used my Disney Experiance app. You can add events (parades, shows, etc..) and it will put everything in time order along with your fast pass selections.

Re: Anyone have a Disney - day-to-day template?

I had charts and graphs and timetables on when we would get there, when to eat, how long it would take to get from one ride to another and honestly it was too much. It didn't feel like a vacation at all! I promised myself that next time, aside from sit down meals, we are just gonna wing it and go w the flow. I felt like such a control freak dragging my family all over to follow my schedules.

So to sum up...don't over think it. Definitely plan some things but just try to go w where the day takes you as much as possible.

Oh no. I'm not going to that level of detail!! I just need it for which parks on which days and any dinner reservations.

It makes me crazy that my disney experience doesn't sync to my outlook calendar! Life would be so much easier....

You can look up crowd calendars at undercovertourist.com if you want to consult it to figure out the best day to do each park.
