Has anyone brought their 4-5 yr old there? Do they have something to help the kids skate?
My DD has never been roller skating and I would love to take her but I know she will be a little scared and having something to hold or push would help.

yes you can rent something that she hold on to and skates with. it basically looks like a walker that you push but its on wheels

Can you bring your own skates or do you have to rent? DD has those training skates that you wear your sneakers with.

you can bring your own but I don't think she needs wrist guards. I am pretty sure its adults only that need wrist guards. I skated there a couple of times with DD and she didn't wear them.

They require you to wear wrist guards, I saw it on their sight a couple of weeks ago

Re: United Skates in Seaford
My 22 month old DS went to a party there a few weeks ago and used the skates they had to go over his shoes. You can bring your own though. They gave him a walker thingy in the shape of a V that he pushed along so he didn't fall. No one made any mention of wrist guards and DS didn't wear anything like that. He had fun!
