Nashville & Memphis recommendations
I'm looking for recommendations:
Where to stay - location and hotel
Things to do/see
Must try restaurants
I'll be heading there this summer on a girls trip. We are looking to have a good time and checking out local life.
TIA!!

For Nashville the places to stay are Loews or Hermitage. To see, grand old opry and walk second avenue downtown. That's where all the bars and live music are. , there's a famous place for biscuits and fried chicken nearby called Loveless cafe.

I echo above for Nashville.
Also for Nashville: -Nashville Zoo -Cheekwood Gardens -Partheon -Opryland Resort -Ryman Hall, go see a country show
Also, the cities near-by of Franklin and Brentwood have great antique shops....plus you must eat Pizza at the Mellow Mushroom.

Nashville & Memphis recommendations
We stayed at the Hilton in Nashville on a girls trip. We loved it because it was all suites and close to second avenue and the County Music Hall of Fame.
For breakfast - you need to go to the Pancake Pantry by Vanderbilt. Very good.
For Memphis - it's a bit more tricky - when we went, we stayed at a Casino in Missisisippi but, there are a lot of nice hotels near Beale St. If you go too far off Beale St, the area gets a little sketchy though.

Totally agree.
The National Civil Rights Museum is fantastic.
Graceland...it's one of those things you need to see to believe.

I grew up in Nashville.
Loveless cafe is known for breakfast but all their food is very southern.
In addition to all the above...
The hermitage (Andrew Jackson's home) Belle Meade Plantation (also has a winery and does tastings) Definitely cheekwood Parthenon
Will think about some other suggestions.

Country Music Hall of Fame!
Gaylord Opryland Resort ...def do the boat tour!!
Palm right in downtown Nashville for a nice dinner... they have sketches of all the famous people on the wall who have dined there - many Country singers.
The food is FAB!

There's a lot of great live music and it's a really fun atmosphere.
I went with my girlfriends a few years back. It was nice - would've been more fun but, we were all pregnant.
