anyone have an UppaBaby vista?
Should I get the infant snugride insert? Wondering if it's a must have or a waste. The car seat we have is not compatible with the VISTA, so I'm leaning towards yes....???

which care seat? could you get the adapter? I have the cruz and mostly used the infant insert for walks instead of the car seat anyway. I had a summer baby and couldn't see having him in the car seat all the time. I had the Chicco Keyfit.

i have the vista...are you asking about the converter so that you can attach the infant car seat to the stroller? if so yes, i used my vista for everything and it was so easy to just pop the car seat out and attach it to the stroller.

Are you talking about the Graco Snugride? If so, I had the same thing and I bought the bracket to turn the vista into essentially a snap and go. It was well worth it. Someone had given me the Snap and Go and it was such a piece of crap. Trying to push that thing was so annoying that it totally outweighed the convenience of it weighing 2 lbs.

Re: anyone have an UppaBaby vista?
how old is your child? i had my DS in the bassinet on the vista until almost 3 months, at which point i started using the "toddler seat" facing me, reclined, with the infant insert. it helped to keep baby in position better now that he wasn't laying flat in the bassinet. i also used that same insert on my G luxe so i could use that stroller while my DS was little, at 3-4 months. if i'm understanding your product description correctly, i would definitely recommend it. i don't remember it being that expensive so i didn't mind that i only used it for a few months.

Thanks, everyone. Sorry for the confusion. To clarify, I am referring to the infant insert / positioner for the the toddler seat (not car seat adapter).
We have the Britax Be-Safe 35. Unless I am mistaken, there is no car seat adapter for Britax(?)... Hoping I am wrong!
Thanks CL2012 - I think I will just get it. You're right, it's cheap enough.

Re: anyone have an UppaBaby vista?
I have the vista, and transitioned from bassinet to toddler seat around 3 months. I actually did not get an insert, and even though DD was on the smaller side, she seemed fine in it. I guess thinking back, she would lean a bit to one side or the other, but didn't seem to mind! Also, the toddler seat was usually pretty reclined so she could lay back, so that helped.
