Dermatologist for baby?
Any recommendations? Or any to avoid? Nassau preferred. My pediatrician gave a recommendation, but I'd appreciate any LIF recs. Thanks!

Dr Kristal was recommended to me by another specialist, he takes his own kids there. Haven't actually gone yet though.

Dr. Kristal was also recommended for my son, but he didn't accept my insurance. We went to Dr. Paltzik in Williston Park and he was wonderful with kids. My son had an insane case of eczema which his pediatrician and 1st dermatologist couldn't fix. Dr. Paltzik cleared him up and two years later, he's still fine.

I went to Island Dermatology in Long Beach - they're not pediatric derms specifically but i liked the office and the dr's cleared up my DS's excema.
i ended up going back there for myself

I take my DD here and while I think they are good and I keep going for consistency of care - the wait times are TERRIBLE. 90 minutes waiting with a 6 month old is really hard.
