City mini question.....
My husband and I are expecting our first child in May and we have spent hours in BRU and BBB test driving strollers/car seats. We are currently tryng to decide between the ingenuity travel system and the city mini.
If you have the city mini, what infant car seat do you have? Is it easy to fold with the car seat adapter bar? The stores have the city mini but don't have it set up with the car seat adapter so we can't test it out. Do you use the city mini with the car seat adapater and still keep the toddler seat attached or do you take off the toddler seat? I find the basket underneath a bit small and hard to access with the toddler seat attached.
Any other feedback would be greatly appreciated! We are finding this very overwhelming! Thank you!

Definitely get a snap and go. You won't need a regular stroller until DC is around 6 months or older.

I have a city mini. I have a chicco car seat, and we got the snap and go for the chicco seat. We didn't attach anything to the city mini.

City mini question.....
Crashing here... I was going to get the Britax Double Stroller, but now I'm leaning towards the City Mini Double. My DD still uses the stroller (17mos) so a snap and go is not an option. How heavy is the stroller with the adapter?? Does it take up a lot of space in the trunk?

I have the city mini and had the adaptor for my graco car seat. It was able to fold with my adapter still on but even if it didn't it is super easy to take on and off. My seat didn't come off. I believe that's the city select not the mini.

City mini question.....
If you ask someone at buy buy baby, they will put the adaptor on so you can see it. Also, different infant seats will have different adaptors. I think some click in easily and are small. Buy buy baby staff is very helpful.

City mini question.....
I have the city mini and use the adaptor for britax b safe infant seat. The adapters are really small and the stroller folds no problem with them on. They weigh nothing and you would never even know it's on there unless you know what to look for. DS is 7 months now so we are using the toddler seat more but leave the adapters on there and don't even notice it's there. I have also had no trouble with the size of the basket or accessing it with my DS in the seat.

City mini question.....
Thanks so much for all the feedback! It seems most people use the city mini for when LO is out of infant car seat. I think we are sticking with our original pick of the ingenuity travel system and then might switch over to the city mini later on. By then, we might need the double anyway, who knows! Thanks ladies!
