I think is fine, they say that you need to eat small portion but at different times. as long as you are eating the necessary stuff, it should be fine.

so NOT!
lately it's been alot of bread stuff-waffles, bread & butter and the last few days-french fries!
had choc. milk the last few nights before bed or in the middle of the night
lots of fruit and cool whip

I hear you, I would eat for dinner ham and cheese sandwich every day but I had breakfast and lunch too. Just try to eat as healthy as you can.
