Women for Women in Lake Success
I posted in Pregnancy, as well. Looking into switching practices. Anyone see this group? If so, who is your doctor, did you deliver with them and would you recommend them? What about the staff? I just called up to inquire about sonograms: if they're taken in their office, or out, and the woman on the other end of the phone was so not helpful and sounded bored and rude. I don't need you to give me a hug over the phone, but would it kill you to be pleasant?? I hate the attitude at some of these offices. Ugh.

Women for Women in Lake Success
I go. Personally, I love them. There are 5 doctors I think. My primary is Dr. Sanders, but when you are pg, you see all of them since you don't know which one will be on call when you deliver. For DS, Dr. Duncan delivered. I love Dawn, the nurse/receptionist. She's always so friendly.

I have been going there for years, Dr ostroff delivered my first son, Dr smizer my second. Love them, only complaint is the amount of time I have to wait for at my appointments. I show up early or on time, and still sit 45+minutes in the waiting room.

Very happy with them! I switched practices last January when I first found out I was pregnant. Technically Sanders is my primary but I didn't really see her much more often than the other docs for all of my prenatal visits. Unfortunately, I was delivered by one of the two other doc they have cover them sometimes in the hospital, Dr. Hessel, but I was very happy with her as well. Really love Amy Newman the NP

I use them. My primary doctor is Dr. Bell but Dr. Ostroff delivered by ds. I have been happy with them.

I changed there when I got pg with #2. So far I'm happy with them. I still have to meet 2 more drs. My only complaint is that it seems 1 dr works all the time (Dr. Smizer) and others hardly work b/c I can't seem to get appts with them!

Women for Women in Lake Success
My main Dr is Dr. Bell and I LOVE her!! Her wait times are a bit ridiculous sometimes but I think she's totally worth it. Dr. Duncan was the one that ultimately delivered my DS.
Some of the girls behind the desk aren't the greatest I have to agree. However, I've never had an issue with them if I needed something.

I go there too...and see Dr. Bell...she actually delivered DS when she was still in her old practice and followed her over to Women for women.
I love her...I've also seen the NP Amy and she is really nice too...
I really only go for yearly checkups at this point, but I've been happy with them.

Dr Smizer is a new dr there. I was going at the same times/same days so I only really saw 2 drs. I met all of them at least once...but to me the day/time was more convenient. Just happed that the dr I was seeing most often was the one to deliver me.

Dr. Sanders is my primary doc there but I love Dr. Ostroff- she delivered my last baby and she was nothing short of amazing.
I also love the NP there- Amy, she's so sweet.
I tend to pick lunch appts or first am and never waited longer than about 20-30 mins
