Do you find it gets you an A boarding position all the time?

I've always gotten an A position, ranging from A30-60.
A1-15 is reserved for business class

Thanks. I just really need an A because I don't want to deal with not sitting together with my DD on this flight. Ugh

It automatically checks you in. We used it when we went to Disney in October, it was great. We had "A" boarding there and back.
We had A39-42 going to FL and A18-21 coming home.

Re: southwest early bird check in
I don't know if I'm remembering incorrectly but I thought they line up the families traveling with small children after the handicapped boarding?
eta- We didn't use this but I know we had no issues sitting together.
Never mind, just looked it up, families board after A. Could the A group really fill the plane so that you couldn't sit together? I wish Southwest wasn't the only option out of Macarthur. I hate not having assigned seats!
