What vacations do you have booked for this year?
Our big trip last year was Disney. I'm starting to look into possible vacations for this year. Id prefer to stay local within reasonable driving distance. Any suggestions? We already plan on 2 nights at Hershey.

Re: What vacations do you have booked for this year?
So far here's what I've got... This weekend DH and I are going to Minerals Resort. Next month I'm doing a moms and kids trip to Woodloch for a weekend. Spring break I'm going to take the kids to Villa Roma, DH will join us for a long weekend. Florida family trip in June. I'm hoping to go to Aruba with DH for a few night in July. Hoping for another family week long trip in August before the kids go back to school. Then I'm pretty sure there will be a couple of single night or weekenders thrown in to the mix. As for local trip suggestion, we like the places mentioned above, as well as CT shore (much cheaper and more laid back then Jersey shore), Philadelphia, Williamsburg, Ocean City, Massanutten in VA, Myrtle Beach if you're really motivated.

Disney in June.
Doing it for the kids.
I would much rather be on a beach.

Re: What vacations do you have booked for this year?
We might drive up to visit my brother in NH one weekend in April, but other than that, no where else planned because I'm pregnant and due in early July.. however I guess I will see how things go and see IF we can do our annual trip to Myrtle Beach at the end of August or beginning of September since I will probably go back to work mid to end of September... I will see how it goes, not sure how it will pan out with a 2 month old!

St John USVI in July for two weeks. Maybe St.Pete n September. Maybe Hilton Head for a long weekend sometime.
All depends upon my work schedule.

Re: What vacations do you have booked for this year?
We are going to Greece & Turkey for our 5 year anniversary in June.
We also plan to go to Woodloch with my family in August.
We have a wedding to go to in Newport in April, so we may stay a few days there, and I am sure a few other weekend things will pop up.

Extended weekends out in Montauk are booked for April, July, and October (my father is the electrician for a few of the hotels out there, so we go out about 3-4x a year)
Disney in April for our anniversary.
Covehaven for a weekend in September

We did it with a 2 month old. He didn't do well with a heat but, otherwise it was easy to travel with him (although Spirit made it difficult to travel period...)
We have Myrtle Beach on our schedule, possibly Hershey and a few shorter trips this year.

Yes we'd be forced to travel Spirit, unfortunately!

Re: What vacations do you have booked for this year?
Disney in October.
We are moving to the Midwest soon so there'll be lots of weekend trips to the family cabins.
DH and I will probably go somewhere by ourselves for our 10th anniversary. So much going on we haven't given it much thought yet.
Other than that, we are content to stay local and get to know our new area.
