I don't go to them but I do belong to a different kickboxing gym. I live it. Very addicting. Been going since 08.

I did. I liked it. Online they had a deal $20 for 3 classes plus gloves.

I did and I loved it. Actually became a member in Carle Place. Great group of instructors. They really make new people (and pretty much everyone) feel comfortable.

I'm currently a member at the Dix Hills location. I LOVE it. I go about 3-4xs per week. It's kind of expensive $125 a month (i think?). So the more you go, the better the value.
It works for me because I hate going to a traditional gym...you know, treadmills, etc. Not for me. I like classes.
And that's really the key to your success, finding something that works for you and that you'll actually enjoy doing.

There is also a kickboxing gym in Copaigue. CKO. They have classes and there is also weights int he back if you want to do weights at other times. They even put a treadmill back there so you can use it if you want.
I have been going since they opened and love it there.
