Florida Trip -Presidents Week- Need some help

I'm pregnant with my 3rd DC..due in July.

DH and I want to take our kids 2.5 and 4.5 on a trip during Presidents Week down to florida. My inlaws will be coming with us too.

Was looking for...

Somewhere where it will be warm enough for the pool/beach...

A great hotel...don't really care so much about price, want it to have nice amenities...a great indoor pool in case it rains...activities for the kids...

Somewhere where my hubby and father in law could take a boat trip fishing...

Good restaurants within driving range since we will probably rent a car.

I know we are looking to go next month during a very popular time...but any suggestions would be helpful!

Florida Trip -Presidents Week- Need some help

No indoor pools, but I've had nice experienced at ritz Carlton in ft lauderdale, the breakers in palm beach. Also, there is now a hotel called Eau Palm beach, which used to be a former Ritz, and it looks really nice. I stayed there when it was the ritz and it was awesome. Great pools/beach. Plus you're close to fishing boats in the area and even Jupiter.
Lots of good restaurants too. I live in the general area.

Also, a little more low key, and smaller hotel, but very nice is The Vero beach resort & spa. We always stay here, at least 3-4x a year. Check it out.
