Chamomile tea and babies
My son hates to sleep thru the night he is almost 9 months Many people recommended giving him a little chamamile tea before bedtime
Who has done it? How much? Do I add it to his last bottle before bed?
I was reading up on it and saw a lot of reviews and ways to give it to him
What have you done and what worked

I've boiled the tea , measured out maybe 2 ounces and then let it cool off a little bit in a cup and added a little bit of sugar. When it was warm I gave it to my little guy. He prob only took an ounce but it worked

My dr is 9 months too and doesn't sleep either. She's getting much better but I'm going to try this too! I used to give this to her when she was little bc she had trouble with the formula.

I made it as i would for an adult in an 8 oz cup, put very little brown sugar and put about 2 oz in a bottle. Let it cool to room temp and then gave to my dd.

If he wakes up during the night would you give him another 2 oz?
