Disappointing Holiday Season
DH, DD, and I have been sick on and off for the past three weeks! I know we are not the only ones but I'm so frustrated and sad and disappointed that we basically missed out on this Christmas season.
DD is only 16 mos and doesn't know any better but this stinks. She's been running a fever since Monday, we are on no sleep. I cried yesterday because my emotions got the better of me. We barely got any pictures yesterday because she's squirmy to begin with and add not feeling well to that. No good family pics and none of just the two of us. 
Hoping she starts to feel better soon and we can salvage some of what's left of the season. Thanks for letting me vent.

aww sorry! It's horrible - everyone is sick. It's crazy. hope she feels better so you can make up for it and enjoy the rest of the holiday season!

Disappointing Holiday Season
Same here!! My inlaws, dh and myself have the flu. Were soooo sick. I was able to manage to help the kids with their presents but i feel miserable. I had a mini breakdown last night cause ima huge christmas lover. I put my tree up november 1st. And i feel it was all for. nothing. Im sorry you are disappointed. On to next year. FEEL BETTER

I am right there with you. Believe me! I don't celebrate Christmas, but winter break is awful. Started Sunday with my 3 yr old. He has the flu and my 5 yr old then got sick at school Tuesday and now DH. We had so many fun plans to do with friends and have some time off as a family. Even worse that I've been running around trying to get a sitter bc my dad got real ill as well.
I'm sorry for you and hope you feel better. Im just looking to get out to go food shopping. Cabin fever and taking tons of vitamins so I don't get sick. DH has been MIA since yesterday as well.
Hope it gets better for everyone.
