I would do a nice resort in Florida if it is during spring break. Airfare and hotel costs are $$$ during spring break.
We are looking into Breakers in Palm Beach with our 3yo and 5yo.

Your best bet is to be flexible with the dates, a Saturday to Saturday is going to be expensive. But if you can do off days, like pull the kids out of school for 1-2 days before or after, you should be able to find something.
