What age do kids get excited for Christmas morning?
My dd turned 2 in October and we just read a lot of books about Santa to her, and watched some Christmas movies with her, and talked a lot about Santa and how he brings presents on Christmas. I think she gets it and she definitely seems excited. But I feel bad since she has no sense of time and doesn't understand she has to wait until Christmas morning. Every time she sees Santa, either on TV or at the mall, in the fire truck parade, etc. she's like "open presents?". I think at this point she thinks we're just making it up and that it's not really going to happen, so I can't wait til Christmas so she can see she really does get presents from Santa.

I think 3 is the more common age that they understand Christmas.
DS liked that there were things to open when he was 2, but he totally got it last year when he was 3. Way more into it.
