Im helping a friend here...
She bought teachers gc with mug/coffee, does it look bad if she gives the director the same type of mug/coffee just no gc?
I dont think it matters but she just wasnt sure

I never give the director anything. I give teachers and then cookies or something for the entire facility.

last year I gave the director and admin person like a $3 edible item. so a mug/coffee sounds fine.

That's fine. I give my kids daycare teachers giftcards and Bath and Body handsoaps. I just give the director the soaps.
