Help! I picked an "ornament" off the tree at DS's school for a needy child. This little boy would like an "army game." I so want to get him something he will love and enjoy!

The only things I can find so far are Stratego (age 8+) or a box full of army toys that comes with a mat at toys r us (age 3-7).

Any advice?
