DD and DS are 22 mo apart. I got these two books for DD and found them to be perfect for that age group.

we read these two to our DD between the ages of 18m and 2 when DD2 was born. she really loved (and still loves) them both. joanna cole book

I love the Joanne cole book another poster mentioned and we also got a personalized one from pbk (it's also sold by a bunch of other sites but when I bought it I had a pbk coupon) called the Super Incredible Big Sister. You need to know the babies name though because it's personalized with both. It's really cute though.

DD has been enjoying "I'm a New Big Sister" by Nora Gaydos. Also, not specifically a sister or even sibling book but she likes "Grover Takes Care of Baby" a lot too. She's 2.

DD just got the Joanne Cole one today as a gift and she likes it. The one we've read a ton is the little critters one The New Baby which she loves
