First bday menu

This is what I know I'm having:
Ziti
Sausage & peppers
Sweet & spicy meatballs
Eggplant parm
Rice
Salad
Veggie platter

Gonna have a hero too. Can't decide on the following:

-Add Chicken Francese to the above and then do an italian hero

-Add Chicken Francese to the above and have 1/2 chicken cutlet hero; 1/2 italian hero

-Scratch the Chicken Francese and do a full chicken cutlet hero

(Having somewhere around 50 people probably...many have yet to respond)

It sounds like you have a lot of food already so I'd probably cut out the chicken francaise and just do the hero.

I think the chicken cutlet hero would be popular so i'd do at least 1/2 hero of that

First bday menu

I had the same exact menu plus chicken parm and a 3ft italian and 3ft american hero with about 70 people at my twins' first bday party and had tons of food left over. I think you are good. I would just add a hero.

Re: First bday menu

Add Chicken Francese and an Italian hero too. Sounds like you have plenty of food, but I find it's always better to over do it and have leftovers than not enough. I know they I plan to pig out when I go to a party! Chat Icon
