Little Gym
Has anyone taken their infant to The Little Gym? I was wondering how the classes are and how much they charge. Looks fun for my 6 month old!

Re: Little Gym
I took my older DS starting when he was 6 months. I really liked it. We had so much fun together there. I can't remember how much exactly, but it was about $100 a month, so it is kind of expensive.

Re: Little Gym
We loved it. I think the 12 months may be more appropriate to start but I remember wanting to get to classes early on so we took classes early. My son eventually moved to the classes that combine sports skills and some typical Little Gym activities. He still takes gymnastics but he goes to a gymnastics facility. He has a comfort level from having been around the equipment for so long and now he works up a sweat at gymnastics, which is great because at his age the kids sit all day at school.

Little Gym
We tried the one in Roslyn and it was gross. Nothing was cleaned, I hate that you had to take off your socks and walk around barefoot. The wood sticks had paint chips and paint coming off. The instructor was definitely out the night before and smelled of alcohol. We ended up signing up for Gymboree. Could be location related but definitely try out a class.

Re: Little Gym
I personally like Gymboree better than Little Gym. Little Gym is more geared towards gymnastics, while Gymboree has different equipment that they switch around every 2 weeks to make new slides, swings, etc.
