Sound Machines?

Do they work for light sleepers?

If so which ones would you recommend I get?

Re: Sound Machines?

Thanks!

Do you think this will help light sleepers sleep a little longer?

Re: Sound Machines?

I bought a CD that has all different noises on it and press replay for the entire night. I switch between that and the classical music. Really which ever one works for that night.

The CD has a vacuum cleaner, fan, running water, white noise, and a few others.

Where did you buy the CD from? What was it called?

I have and haven't really found it helpful. It says to put them down every 2 hours from when they last woke up. What happens when they only sleep for half an hour? How can they go back down 2 hours laters if they have to eat?

The book also claims that an earlier bedtime will make them not wake up super early. Don't know about that. Tried it and didn't really work too well...
