What color tights and cardigan with this dress?
I am pairing this with red sparkly shoes but not sure if she should wear white tights/cardigan or black tights/cardigan?

I'd do white tights, black cardigan, black shoes
eta: I'd do more of a shrug, not a cardigan (because of the flower detail)
eta again: saw you are doing red shoes... I'd still do black shrug

Definitely white or ivory. DD is wearing a red dress for Christmas and I'm putting her in ivory cable knit tights and black patent mary janes.
