HELP!
Dd has not slept the entire day. We are going on 12 hours.
Started at 11am when I went to put her down for a nap. Normally it's a breeze. When I walked out she was hysterical, like really really hysterical. I gave her a couple of minutes and when I went back in she had puked all over herself. Changed her crib. Calmed her down. Tried again. Same thing. This went on for an hour and she was so, so worked up in a matter of seconds she puked 3 times all over herself.
She is exhausted. I know she is. She has not slept. Dh is home now and tried to put her to bed. Same thing. Within seconds she puked all over herself. This has never happened. I have no clue what to do.

HELP!
Has she eaten or drank anything today? Maybe she has slight reflux and it's burning when she lays down.

Re: HELP!
She vomited four times? Poor thing I don't know what to say- did you call the pediatrician? Maybe a bath to calm her ?
How old is she- did you try propping her up with a pillow

HELP!
She's 16 months. Called the pediatrician. She said it's separation. That she's doing it on purpose. She's working herself up so much she pukes. She said she's very strong willed. Poor dd.
Dh just got her in the crib. She was so exhausted from what she's been through today and not sleeping the entire day she fell asleep on him in the rocker and he moved her to the crib. He came back in our room and I said what happened where is she. Like I was shocked.
She's never done this before.
She was fine the whole day playing, laughing, etc. It was only when I tried for nap and bedtime that she did this. Eating and drinking normal

She wasn't even laying down. The moment I put her in the crib she stood right up and became hysterical.

Re: HELP!
I was going to say it sounds like a bad case of seperation anxiety. So sorry. It's heartbreaking, but all you can do is reassure her the best you can without making it seem like it's a big deal. It's a rough stage, but just keep telling yourself it's only temporary. Hang in there!

Thanks! I'm so upset. She's sleeping but I've been crying. It's so heartbreaking her get so worked up that she pukes. I'm so sad for her. This has never happened before. My poor girl.

Aww poor girl! It will get better. People will tell you not to hold or snuggle your LO because of bad habits. She just wants to be close to you. At that age I would try putting her in her room on one of those little kiddie couches this way you can lay next to her and sneak out. GL..it will get easier.
