Winter coat for baby
What do you all do about a winter coat for your baby? Ds is six months now and is almost going to be out of the infant seat. He is obviously going to need something from the house to the car And back. And honestly we do go to the park in the winter time with my older son. I have a snowsuit That he will be able to fit into. But that's not good for the every day.

At that age I did a one piece baby bunting, I got it at Denny's but I think Carter's also sells them. Thinner than a snow suit so it's good for the car

Winter coat for baby
DD has a fall coat from carter's it is a fleece lined nylon coat with a hood- it is perfect for right now. Once it gets colder she has a winter coat that is part of a two piece snow suit set she will wear to and from the car and during outdoor adventures.

I got this for my 5 month old for same reason. He goes to daycare so we are in and out the car a lot. It is warm and thing. I have a heavier snowsuit also but I will use this for everyday. I use a convertable car seat in my car.

Re: Winter coat for baby
Last year I got a fleece hoodie from Gap. I used the shower cap car seat cover and stuffed with extra blankets for cold days. That and a little hat is fine. We didn't spend hours outside but if we did I had a bunting type thing.

Re: Winter coat for baby
Her first winter out of the infant seat, I mostly used the carters Sherpa fleece jacket with a hat and gloves, and threw a blanket over her for runs to/from the car.
